B.A.M.S- Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an age-old form of medicine that is now a part of the formal education system. A study of natural medicine that stems from India, there are several educational institutions that support Ayurveda as a scientific study and offer programs and courses for those interested. Though initially, Ayurveda was classified as an alternative form of medicine it has escalated in the time of globalization and this medical practice is now studied and applied in many countries outside of India. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S.) is a professional degree in medicine with its central focus being Ayurveda. This field of medicine has great potential and can be undertaken by students as the next step in their careers.
